4. Refund for Order Cancellation
SteAnny Baby Shop respect customer's willingness to cancelling orders due to specific reasons. We can cancel orders upon customers' request if the shipping of the order has not been affected yet. Customers need to send us an email or request via online support to submit the cancellation request.
Please note that order cancellation will be rejected if order shipping has already been arranged.
Refund of canceled order: Refund will be processed within 1 working day after approval of cancellation. The full refunds will be returned to the customer's payment account in 3-5 business days, upon the processing time of the payment gateway company. SteAnny doesn't take any charges or fees for the processing of refunds, however, we are not responsible for the processing fees charged by the bank.
5. About Chargeback
Please don't apply any chargeback for your payment! All chargebacks will be objected to and will influence the credits of both sides. Refunds will be processed by SteAnny via our cooperative credit card company after return/refund procedures are done. Order Processing Time
Overseas Warehouse Orders:
- Shipped within 1-2 working day after receiving your payment.
- Available in multiple countries including the United States, France, Spain, and Australia.
- Delivery time: 3-7 working days.
China Orders:
- Shipped within 2-3 working days after receiving your payment.
- Delivery to Japan, Thailand, and Korea: 20-30 days.
- Delivery to the United States and Australia: 60-90 days.
- Note: Shipping from China takes longer. Please be aware.
Warehouse-Specific Shipping:
- U.S. Warehouses: Can only ship within the U.S.
- Australian Warehouses: Can only ship within Australia. Lead time: 5-7 days.

Shipping Companies
We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and GLS for fast and safe delivery. For small parcels, we use USPS, 4PX, and YunExpress.
Customs Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import taxes charged by local customs. This is a rare occurrence. We declare a low value on the shipping invoice inside the parcel. Customs regulations vary by country. If your local customs require a tax number to clear the parcel, please provide it to us before shipping, and we will include it in the invoice.
Tracking Your Parcel
We will notify you a tracking number along with the tracking website by email once your order has been shipped. You will also receive an email notification with the tracking number.
Tracking Information Delay
Tracking information may take 1-2 days to appear on the tracking website. The processing procedure by the shipping agent takes 24-48 hours.

Return Freight
For returns that are not due to quality issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. However, in the case of faulty product parcels or broken/damaged items, the return fees are our responsibility.
Claiming on Faulty Goods
At TimeofModern, we value your orders. Despite our best efforts to ensure safe packaging, there may still be instances of faulty or damaged goods. In such cases, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will take full responsibility for these issues.
To claim faulty or damaged parcel contents, please contact TimeofModern within 3 working days after the parcel's delivery. Email clear photos of the air waybill (showing waybill numbers) and pictures of the broken items. Don't forget to provide us with the order number.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have, and once your return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
